Thyholm Taekwondo Klub er en lille lokal klub med stor styrke Vi tilbyder: Grundteknikker, Teknik Selvforsvar, Kamp, Gradueringer, Para undervisning, Para graduering, Uddannede instruktører. Dit udbytte: Mental styrke Respekt, Selvtillid, Disciplin, Sammenhold, Gensidig tillid, Smidighed, Kropsbevidsthed, Stolthed, Motion og afhjælper angst. Vi træner mandage og onsdage kl. 18.30 – 19.30 på Handbjerghus Efterskole, Aggerholmsvej 4, 7790 Thyholm Gratis træning 1. måned.
