With over 20 years of experience, I offer Pilates classes to individuals, groups, and corporate organizations. For those that are living in Copenhagen, I also offer 1:1 clinical pilates sessions with Pilates equipment and cooperate with medical practitioners (physiotherapists, chiropractors, orthopedics, and osteopaths). Additionally, I also offer teacher training and retreat excursions in Denmark, Poland, and Greece with my very own Pilates book as a training guide. My approach to pilates is based on a holistic, personalised and therapeutic combination of floor exercises and equipment. The main drive I have is to identify, prevent and treat pain related issues and also improve well-being with anatomical and physiological knowledge to address a wide range of conditions.
