The psychotherapy is provided by a trained humanistic-existential psychotherapist. It is person-centered with the core values of unconditional positive regards, empathy, sincerity, authenticity and the courage to face the cruel existenial givens of human being such as lonliness, freedom, responsabilities, meaninglessness and death. Psychotherapy sessions were carried out in Chinese or English.
About the psychotherapist: from life sciences, neuroscience to psychology, from the East to the West, from struggling with the pain of life to embracing the world softly, my professional trajectory intertwined with my personal growth. I aspire to exist in a warm, authentic and courageous way to accompany and enlighten those in need.
