You can choose how long you would like to be pampered, or have focus on a specific area of tension, pain or discomfort. If your goal is to work towards a specific result for example: post-traumatic discomfort, endometriosis-related discomfort, headaches, chest tension, frozen shoulder, tinnitus I will recommend the appropriate length of the session but of course choice is yours. Our goal is always the same - to achieve the best possible improvement.
